Position: Bioinformatics Scientist

Medicus AI is looking for a Bioinformatics Scientist to join our precision oncology research team. This role focuses on analyzing genomic and spatial omics datasets to identify biomarkers and support next-generation cancer diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Analyze genomic and transcriptomic datasets
• Develop computational pipelines for biomarker discovery
• Integrate multi-omics and digital pathology data
• Collaborate with AI engineers and clinical researchers

Qualifications

• PhD or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field
• Experience with R, Python, and genomic data analysis
• Knowledge of cancer biology and biomarker research
• Experience with large-scale biological datasets
